a) CAD Design - We can design your part from an idea, or from a simple sketch. Our first consultation is free and from that first meeting we can give you an estimate of cost involved to design your idea to 3D CAD. Alternatively we can use your existing CAD design and modify it to meet your new requirements.

b) Reverse Engineering - We can take a physical part and provided no moral or trademark boundaries are crossed we can turn it into a 3D CAD file.

c) Rapid Prototypes - We can use your CAD design and turn it into a physical part in 1 day if required, or 7-10 days if a more economical option is preferred. We use the latest Rapid prototyping machinery, and offer a wide variety of materials depending on the finish and application you require.

d) Manufacturability Analysis - Our in house design verification/design for manufacturability evaluation, gives your injection mold tool and/or part the best possible chance of having flaws being caught before any metal is cut.

e) Mold Flow Analysis - We run Moldflow on all of our tools to ensure that any cosmetic and/or functional flaws are caught prior to Metal being cut.

f) Dimensional Reports - We offer full dimensional reports with all parts as required.
