Depending on your parts material choice, volume requirements, and lead times, we will present you with various options in pricing and mold metal choices.
We successfully produce tools that require molded-in inserts, hot runners, unscrewing molds and side action molds (cams, core pulls, etc.).
All of our tooling is engineered using high-quality mold bases and selected tool steels for moving parts and cavity inserts.
We have injection molding presses ranging from 25 Ton through to 800+ Ton, and will test your tool after build, and send you samples prior to shipping your tool (If the tool is shipping to your facility).
