Your Rapid Parts Mfg project engineer will follow the same rigorous design and material evaluation as for our injection mold tooling program to ensure that the part you have envisioned will be the final part you have in hand.

We offer a variety of options to produce parts, and if a quick turn around time is what you require we can offer a design to door program of 1-2 days. Alternatively if a longer lead time is acceptable we can offer you the most economically built tool in the current market.

We have a multitude of thermoplastic resins on the shelf, with 15+ colors available, and we also offer any commercially available material and color. We offer many part finishes in house, and also work closely with Mold Tech to bring you a more specialized texture, if required.

Rapid Parts Mfg can either build your tool in house, maintain it and run parts for you when needed, or use your supplied tool and run parts and maintain it for you after small modifications to convert it to operate on our presses.

We have no limitations with design, and parts that require undercuts and have complex shapes are something that we have success with consistently.
